KEC World

At Killicomaine we are just a small part of the whole church that includes everyone everywhere who follows the Lord Jesus Christ God says His church is like the human body. There are lots of different parts and they all do different things but they work together so the whole body can function. From time to time He gives us the privilege of playing a part in what His church is doing in other places. Explore the links on this page to find out more.

Edwar and Sandra

Edwar and Sandra

Sandra has been as a missionary in Peru since the 1980s. She was a member of KEC until she married Edwar. Now they both live in Lima and belong to the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Peru. At the end of 2007 they brought together a team of local believers to plant a new church in Pachacutec. Already the church is well established. They are not missionaries — just local people working with the local church — but we pray for them, and we are helping out  financially until the Pachacutec church becomes self-supporting.

Vimal and Louise

Vimal and Louise

Vimal and Louise, are members of KEC. They work with European Christian Mission in Germany where they are bringing the good news about Jesus to refugees living in camps dotted around the Freiburg region.  Recently Vimal, who is from Sri Lanka, has also been helping a Tamil church in Frankfurt, as their part-time pastor.

Rajan

Rajan

Just over five years ago Alex and Raji Alexander, from Tamil Nadu in South India, joined KEC. They have introduced us to the exciting work being done by Raji's brother Rajan in their home village of Markaynkottai.

Kethees and Ruba

Kethees

Our link with Grace Redemption Fellowship in Batticaloa on Sri Lanka's east coast began in the aftermath of the tsunami which caused unimaginable destruction and shocked the world on 26th December 2004. Since then we have built up a close friendship with the church and with their pastor Kethees.

Geoff

Geoff

After years of anticipation and preparation Geoff is off to Papua New Guinea where he will be working with New Tribes Mission at their support base in Hoskins. He will be helping to keep the front-line workers fed, housed and mobile as well as providing teaching and fellowship for national workers who come on to the base and for young people whose parents are stationed out in the jungle.
